Dr. Hilkka Koivistoinen,PhD, Project Director in Finnish Global Education Solutions, leading development processes of tailored PD training programs and designing the international school concept. She has over thirty-year long career in teacher training first at the University of Oulu and later at the University of Eastern Finland Language Pedagogy at university affiliated teacher training schools. She is an experienced teacher trainer in national and international contexts, researcher, and expert in educational export. Her professional interest is in research-based development work which focuses on tailored educational export in general, and more specifically in teacher training.
